<br />1. SPECIFICATIONS
<br />A. SCOPE: The Performing Party will provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, chemicals,
<br />supplies, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform janitorial services as
<br />outlined below.
<br />B. QUALITY CONTROL: The Performing Party will establish a complete quality control
<br />program to assure the requirements of this contract are provided as specified. The program will
<br />include the following as a minimum:
<br />1. An inspection system covering all services listed herein. This system will specify the
<br />areas to be inspected.
