<br />Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas, said 0.157 acre tract being more particularly described as

<br />COMMENCING at a found 60d Mag Nail stamped "BYRN" being the South corner of a called 4.82 acre tract
<br />described by instrument and recorded in Volume 3646, Page 546 of the Official Public Records of Hays
<br />County, Texas, also known as Valencia Way, a 65 -foot right -of -way, common with the Northwest line of
<br />Parcel 8E, described as a 0.1722 acre tract recorded in Volume 3646, Page 546 of the Official Public Records
<br />of Hays County, Texas;
<br />THENCE along the Southerly right -of -way line of Valencia Way, common with the Northerly line of said 45.02
