RESOLUTION 2015 -05R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATION <br />CONTRACT WITH THE EDWARDS AQUIFER AUTHORITY AND <br />TEXAS STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS' RECLAIMED WATER SYSTEM; AUTHORIZING THE <br />CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE <br />AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached Interlocal Contract with the Edwards Aquifer Authority and <br />Texas State University for the Expansion of the City of San Marcos' Reclaimed Water System is <br />approved. <br />PART 2. The City enters this Interlocal Cooperation Contract pursuant to the <br />Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code, as amended. <br />PART 3. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute this contract on <br />behalf of the City. <br />PART 4.
