Mr. Thomaides moved to appoint <br />Diann McCabe, Mr. Guerrero moved to reappoint Arlis Herbert and Mr. <br />Guerrero moved to appoint Rob Silag, which passed unanimously(Mr. Bose <br />was not present for this vote). <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of two appointments <br />to the Beautification Commission. Mr. Guerrero moved to reappoint Mark <br />Boling as the master gardener organization representative, Mr. Jones <br />moved to reappoint Patrick Kirwin as the landscape designer and Ms. <br />Couch moved to appoint Susanna Schwartz as the master gardener <br />organization representative. The following votes were recorded (Mr. <br />Bose was not present for this vote): <br />Kirwin: Porterfield, Guerrero, Narvaiz, Thomaides, Jones and <br />Couch. <br />Boling: Porterfield, Guerrero, Narvaiz, Thomaides and Jones. <br />Schwartz: Couch. <br />Mark Boling will serve as the master gardener organization <br />representative and Patrick Kirwin will serve as the landscape designer. <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of three <br />appointments to the Construction Board of Appeals. Ms. Couch moved to <br />reappoint Randy Ferrell as the Master Plumber representative and Ms. <br />Couch moved to reappoint Frank Gommillien as the building designer <br />representative, and Ms. Couch moved to reappoint Doug Higgins as a <br />citizen at large representative, which passed unanimously (Mr. Bose was <br />not present for this vote). <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of seven <br />appointments to the Convention and Visitors Bureau.
