Special Meeting December 11, 2007 Page 4 <br />Santiago Heredia, Mr. Guerrero moved to reappoint Elizabeth Nash, and <br />Mr. Jones moved to appoint 011ie Giles. On roll call the following <br />vote was recorded (Mr. Bose was not present for this vote): <br />Heredia: Porterfield, Guerrero, Narvaiz, Thomaides and Couch. <br />Nash: Porterfield, Guerrero, Narvaiz, Thomaides, Jones and Couch. <br />Giles: Jones. <br />Santiago Heredia and Elizabeth Nash will serve on the Ethics Review <br />Commission. <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced or consideration approval of five appointments <br />to the Historic Preservation Commission. Mr. Guerrero moved to <br />reappoint Sue Cohen as district representative, Ms. Couch moved to <br />reappoint Amy Meeks as a district representative, Mr. Guerrero moved to <br />reappoint Jan Van Zandt as the downtown representative, Mr. Guerrero <br />moved to appoint 011ie Giles as the City representative and Mr. <br />Guerrero moved to appoint Joseph Barja as the City representative, <br />which passed unanimously (Mr. Bose was not present for this vote). <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of four <br />appointments to the Housing Authority Board. Mr. Guerrero moved to <br />appoint Melissa Godina to fill a vacancy, as the Housing Commission <br />representative, Mr. Guerrero moved to reappoint Gloria Salazar, Mr. <br />Thomaides moved to reappoint Rev. Samuel Montoya and Mr. Jones moved to <br />reappoint Earl Moseley, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of four <br />appointments to the Human Services Advisory Board. Mr. Thomaides moved <br />to reappoint David Case, Mr. Thomaides move to reappoint Lorraine <br />Burleson, Mr. Thomaides moved to reappoint Edward Bergin, Mr. Thomaides <br />moved to reappoint Robbin Malain, Mr. Jones moved to appoint Thomas <br />Rhoades, Mr. Jones moved to appoint Michael Mercado and Mr. Jones moved <br />to appoint Gene Martin. On roll call the following votes were <br />recorded: <br />Case: Porterfield, Bose, Guerrero, Narvaiz, Thomaides, Jones and <br />Couch. <br />Burleson: Bose, Guerrero, Narvaiz, Thomaides, Jones and Couch. <br />Bergin: Porterfield, Bose, Guerrero, Narvaiz, Thomaides, Jones and <br />Couch. <br />Malain: Porterfield, Bose, Guerrero and Thomaides. <br />
