c. Prepare agendas for meetings of the Airport Commission, City Council and <br />other Boards and Commissions and provide them to the City Clerk in a timely <br />manner so that notice of meetings of the Airport Commission can be given in <br />accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. <br />d. Ensure that an appropriate record is made of each closed meeting of the <br />Airport Commission, and deliver the record to the City Clerk promptly after <br />each such meeting. <br />e. Accept conflict of interest disclosure forms from members of the Airport <br />Commission. <br />f. Attend City meetings and conferences as requested by the City Manager or <br />designee including but not limited to, meetings of the City Council, Zoning <br />Commission, etc. The City will assist Operator with public posting <br />requirements for Airport Commission, City Council and other City meetings. <br />3.0.8 Confer with the City Manager or designee and attend meetings with State and <br />local officials or other persons as requested in order to discuss matters related to <br />the Airport. <br />3.0.9 Meet and confer with stakeholder groups located on the Airport as well as those <br />stakeholder groups in the vicinity of whether they are on or off the Airport <br />Property who have an interest in the management and operation of the Airport. <br />3.0.10 Provide other miscellaneous administrative services in support of the Airport as <br />directed by the City. <br />3.1 AIRPORT OPERATION <br />General Operations. The Operator will: <br />3.1.1 Operate the Airport in a manner consistent with best practices for Airports of a <br />similar character and perform all operational duties including controlling and <br />monitoring operational, regulatory and safety compliance, in coordination with <br />the City, of all regulatory agencies, all lessees and all FBO's involved in the <br />operation of the Airport or who have regulatory jurisdiction over the Airport. <br />3.1.2 The Operator will be responsible for the following Operating Costs associated <br />with these services: <br />a. all utilities (electric, water, natural gas, heating fuels) <br />b. communications; <br />c. gasoline and diesel fuel; <br />d. vehicle supplies and accessories; <br />e. office, duplicating and photo supplies; <br />f. medical and cleaning supplies; <br />g. clothing and uniforms and other materials and supplies; <br />
