N 46 °24159" E 451.02 feet to a concrete nail set with an Aluminum washer stamped "Byrn Survey" in the southeast line of F.M. Highway No. 3407 /Wonder World Drive and that tract described as "Part Two - 5.2741 acres" in a deed from C & G Development, Ltd., to the City of San Marcos dated October 16, 2007 and recorded in Volume 3268, Page 320 of the Hays County Official Public Records, (said City of San Marcos 5.2741 acre tract being a portion of the C & G tract); THENCE leaving the City of San Marcos 4.82 acre tract with the southwest line of Wonder World Drive and the City of San Marcos 5.2741 acre tract, N 88 029122" E 19.49 feet to a calculated point in the approximate San Marcos City Limits line according to Ordinance 1973 -4 Tract One, from which a 4" iron rod found in the curving line of Wonder World Drive bears N 88 °29122" E 38.58 feet; THENCE leaving Wonder World Drive and the City of San Marcos 5.2741 acre tract crossing a remaining portion of the C & G tract with the approximate city limits line, S 44 036113" E 307.51 feet to a calculated point in the southeast line of the C & G tract and the northwest line of the previously mentioned Laidley 100 acre tract for the east corner of this description, from which a 4" iron rod found in the curving line of Wonder World Drive bears N 83 056149" E 34.45 feet; THENCE leaving the San Marcos City Limits with the common southeast line of the C & G tract and northwest line of the Laidley tracts, as fenced and used, the following two courses: 1. S 83 °56149" W 66.26 feet to an 80d nail found for an angle point, and
