Eutchison Price Boyle & Brooks, Bond Counsel. .", and also on Page 21 in Sec- tion 7.0l(b) to read as follows: liThe Interest and Sinking Fund and the Construction Fund shall be maintained at an official depository of the City.", and on Page 27 in Section 12.01 for the blanks to be completed as follows: "The Certificates are hereby officially sold and awarded to Underwood Neuhaus & Co., Inc. and Associates, at a price of par, plus accrued interest from the date of the Certificates to the Closing Date, and a premium of $-0-," and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Younger, Guerra. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Coddington. On roll call for adoption of the Ordinance, the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Parr, Younger, Guerra. NAY: Coddington. ABSTAIN: None. Mr. Guerra moved the Council recess the Special Meeting for thirty minutes and Mr. Brown seconded the motion. On roll call the follow- ing vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Younger, Guerra. NAY: Coddington. ABSTAIN: None. The Council recessed at 7:46 p.m. At 8:16 p.m. Mr. Brown moved the Council reconvene from the recess of the Special Meeting and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Younger, Guerra, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Coddington. (Mr. Nicola present at 8:16 p.m. to vote on this matter). Mr. Brown moved the Council reconsider Item 4 on the agenda, an Ordinance on emergency authorizing the issuance and sale of City of San Marcos, Texas, Certificates of Obligation, Series 1987 in the aggregate principal amount of $1,400,000 and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Younger, Guerra, Nicola. NAY: Coddington. ABSTAIN: None.
