The record <br />drawings will be prepared from information provided by the Contractor and the City Inspector <br />concerning changes made in the field. In addition, Engineer will provide an electronic copy <br />(AutoCAD format) of the final alignment with all appurtenances so that the City can incorporate <br />the improvements Into its GIS system. <br />DELIVERABLES AND SCHEDULE <br />Klotz Associates, Inc. will complete the Scope of Work based on the following schedule of <br />deliverables. <br />30 Percent Drawings —14 weeks after NTP <br />60 Percent Drawings — 3 weeks after receipt of 30 percent comments <br />90 Percent Drawings with draft manual — 3 weeks after receipt of 60 percent comments <br />Final Sealed Drawings and Manual — 3 weeks after receipt of 90 percent comments <br />Bid Phase is anticipated to last three months <br />Construction Phase Is anticipated to last 4 months <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />
