BEGINNING at a concrete nail set with an aluminum washer stamped <br />"Byrn Survey " in the southeast line of the C & G Development <br />tract and northwest line of that tract described as 2.000 acres <br />in a deed from Charles C. Laidley et ux to Charles Christopher <br />Laidley et ux dated July 24, 2000 and recorded in Volume 1696, <br />Page 253 of the Hays County Official Public Records for the east <br />corner of that tract described as "30 1x301 square - 0.02066 <br />acres" in a deed from C & G Development, Ltd., to the City of <br />San Marcos dated November 6, 2007 and recorded in Volume 3279, <br />Page 446 of the Hays County Official Public Records; <br />THENCE leaving the Laidley 2.000 acre tract and the PLACE OF <br />BEGINNING as shown on that plat numbered 26428- 12 -4.3 -c dated <br />January 20, 2012 prepared for C & G Development by Byrn & <br />Associates, Inc., of San Marcos, Texas, entering the C & G tract <br />with the northeast and northwest lines of the City of San Marcos <br />0.02066 acre tract the following two courses: <br />1.N 49 0I3 127"" W 50.00 feet to a concrete nail set with an <br />aluminum washer stamped "Byrn Survey ," for the north <br />corner of the City of San Marcos 0.02066 acre tract, and <br />2.S 45 027126" W 30.00 feet to a concrete nail set with an <br />aluminum washer stamped "Byrn Survey" in an east line of <br />a variable width strip of land used for road purposes and <br />described as 4.82 acres in a deed from C & G Development, <br />Ltd., to the City of San Marcos dated October 16, 2007 <br />and recorded in Volume 3268, Page 330 of the Hays County <br />Official Public Records for the west corner of the City <br />of San Marcos 0.02066 acre tract; <br />THENCE leaving the City of San Marcos 0.02066 acre tract with an <br />east line of the City of San Marcos 4.82 acre strip the <br />following three courses: <br />
