<br />Mr. Guerra moved for approval of the Ordinance on second reading
<br />and Mayor Younger seconded the motion. Mr. Gonzalez stated in SECTION
<br />3. there would be significant expense involved in removal or reloca-
<br />tion of poles, etc. and that he suggested verbage be added to make
<br />this the expense of the Telephone Company, and that there may be
<br />other sections where amendments may be needed to identify who will
<br />pay certain expenses. Mr. Gonzalez stated wording would be provided
<br />at third reading of the Ordinance. On roll call the following vote
