IrahbULIIUrls. <br />CBRE may be requested to provide disposition services to implement strategic initiatives of the City and <br />reduce facility costs or generate revenue for the City. The buyer <br />of said property shall pay a buyer's premium of eight percent (8 %). Marketing costs to implement <br />the auction process shall be borne by CBRE. <br />
