This fee shall be paid before any subsequent <br />inspections are made. <br />After Hours Fee <br />$60.00 per hour if the Fire Official directs an inspector, due to the contractor's or <br />owner's request, to review a plan, conduct an inspection, or witness a test after <br />the normal working hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If <br />the inspector is recalled from off -duty, the minimum charge is for two hours. This <br />fee must be paid before the city releases public utilities and before the city issues <br />a Certificate of Occupancy. <br />License Inspections <br />State licensed facilities that require annual fire inspections for operational <br />permits. Non - profit or government organizations are exempt from this section. <br />Daycares <br />$50.00 <br />Nursing or care centers <br />$150.00 <br />Hospitals <br />$200.00 <br />Institutional restrained <br />$200.00 <br />Licensed in home facilities <br />$50.00 <br />Foster homes or adoption centers <br />exempt <br />SECTION 3.
