Section 109.::3 ... -..7 is amended to read as follows: <br />109. )...4 Violation penalties. Persons who violate this code or who fail to comply <br />with any of the requirements in this code, or who erect, install, alter, repair or do <br />work in violation of the approved construction documents or contrary to the <br />directives of the fire code official or in violation of a permit or certificate issued <br />under provisions of this code, shall be liable for a fine up to $2,000. <br />Section 110 is deleted. <br />Section 111.4 is amended to read as follows: <br />111.4. Failure to comply. Any person who continues work after having been served <br />with a stop work order, except such work the fire code official has directed to be <br />performed to remedy a violation or unsafe condition, shall be liable for a fine not to <br />exceed $2,000.
