<br />10 <br /> <br />Regular Meeting <br /> <br />May 11, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration adoption of a Resolution, the <br />caption which was read as follows: <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO DU-MOR ENTERPRISES FOR <br />COMPLETION OF THAT PROJECT KNOWN AS WASTEWATER IMPROVEMENTS <br />EPA PROJECT NO. C-48-l464-03 FAIRLAWN AND SPRINGLAKE HILLS <br />ADDITION COLLECTION SYSTEM AND REHABILITATION, ACCEPTING SAID <br />PROJECT FOR USE BY SAID CITY, AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $10,000.00 AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Ms. Kissler moved to adopt the Resolution, and Mr. Nicola seconded the <br />motion which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration adoption of a Resolution, the <br />caption which was read as follows: <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT <br />REGARDING WASTEWATER IMPROVEMENTS WITH SAN MARCOS NORTH JOINT <br />VENTURE, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AGREE- <br />MENT, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Mr. Guerra moved to adopt the Resolution, and Ms. Kissler seconded the <br />motion which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration authorization to bid Dump <br />Truck. Mr. Farr moved to authorize bidding and Ms. Kissler seconded <br />the motion which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration authorization to bid Willow <br />Creek Sanitary Sewer Extension. Mayor Younger moved to authorize bidding <br />and Mr. Farr seconded the motion which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Hernandez moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session pursuant <br />to Article 6252-17, §§ 2(e), (f) and (g), V.A.C.S., to discuss matters <br />where the dutues of the City Attorney to the City pursuant to the Code <br />of Professional Responsibility of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts <br />with Article 6252-17; purchase of real property; employment of a public <br />officer or employee (Associate Municipal Court Judge), respectively, <br />and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion which passed unanimously (9:20 p.m.). <br />Ms. Kissler moved the Council reconvene and Mayor Younger seconded the <br />motion which passed unanimously (9:45 p.m.). <br /> <br />Mr. Guerra made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:50 p.m. and Mr. <br />Hernandez seconded the moq~ I'; <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(~~-~' ;~Æfr,' .-~ <br /> <br />Karl W.
