City Attorney Hankins read into the record the proposed <br />changes to the Ordinance. Mr. Guerra moved to include into the Ordinance <br />the following amendments as read by City Attorney Hankins and Mr. <br />Hernandez seconded the motion which passed unanimously: <br />Page 2, Section 4: Church:- A building or structure, or groups of <br />buildings or structures, which by design and construction are primarily <br />intended for the conducting of organized religious services and accessory <br />uses associated therewith and which is recognized as a church by the <br />Internal Revenue Service¡(this provision added after Accessory Building) <br />Page 3, (a): Single-Family detached: One dwelling unit which is occupied <br />exclusively by one family, and which is a structurally separated building <br />located on a lot or building site that is unoccupied by any other dwelling <br />unit or principal structure. <br />Page 6, Section 9(C) (1): Minimum lot area: 43,560 square feet. <br />Page 10, (2): Minimum lot frontage:-35-fee~7 <br />Page 10, (7)(a):Internal--Single-Family detached dwelling, group home,... <br />Page 10, (7) (b): Internal-- All other uses: 10 feet. <br />Page 11, Section 15: Townhouses, limited to occupancy by a family having <br />no more than two individuals... <br />Page 12, (2): Minimum lot width and lot frontage: <br />Page 13, (6)(a): Internal,Corner~-Comrnon wall-ie~~ 0 feet. <br />Page 14, Section 18: ZL-l Zero Lot-Line Dwelling-Heme- District... <br />Page 15, Section 19: MF-l Multi-Family-Bweiiin~- District... <br />Page 16, (C)(l)(a): 6,000 square feet per dwelling unit for the first <br />two dwelling units, plus as much as additional lot area as necessary for <br />each dwelling unit over two so-~tleft- that the total gross density does not <br />exceed six dwelling units per-acre. <br />Page 17, (C)(l) (a): 3,630 square feet per dwelling unit for the first three <br />dwelling units, plus as much additional lot area as necessary for each <br />dwelling unit over three so-~tleft- that the total gross density does not <br />exceed twelve dwelling units per acre. <br />Page 18, Section 21: MF-3 Multi-FamilY-Bweiiin~-District... <br />Rage 18,Section 21(C)(l)(a): 2,425 square feet per dwelling unit for the <br />first three dwelling units, plus as much additional lot area as necessary <br />for each dwelling unit over three so-~tleft- that the total gross density <br />does not exceed eighteen dwelling units per acre. <br />Page 19, Section 22(C)(1)(a): 6,000 square feet-pe~-dweiiin~-tlni~- for the <br />first three dwelling units, plus as much additional lot area as necessary <br />for each dwelling unit over three so-~tleft- that the total gross density <br />does not exceed twenty-four dwelling units per acre. <br />Page 21,(a): 6,000 square feet-pe~-dweiiin~-tlni~- for the first three <br />dwelling units, plus as much additional lot area as necessary for each <br />dwelling unit over three so-~tleft- that the total gross density does not <br />exceed forty dwelling units per acre. <br />Page 26, Section 41: -f4+- (D) Any use not specifically permitted in a <br />zoning district is prohibited and is a violation of the General Zoning <br />Ordinance. Any violation of any-~ee~ion- provision of this ordinance is a <br />misdemeanor.... <br />Mayor Younger stated his oppositionto Section 2(D)(2)-Protests and re- <br />commendations for denial. City Attorney Hankins stated that this section <br />was a special override provision. Mr. Guerra also stated his opposition <br />to this section. Mr. Guerra moved to delete Section 2(D)(2) in its <br />entirety and Mayor Younger seconded the motion.
