Hopkins - Packet Meeting <br />With a quorum present, the packet meeting workshop of the San Marcos City Council was called <br />to order by Mayor Pro Tern Jude Prather at 12:04 p.m. Friday, April 3, 2015 in the City Council <br />Chambers, 630 E. Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666.: <br />:. *Il <br />Present: 4 - Council Member John Thomaides, Mayor Pro -Tem Jude Prather, Council Member <br />Lisa Prewitt and Council Member Jane Hughson <br />Absent: 3 - Mayor Daniel Guerrero, Council Member Ryan Thomason and Deputy Mayor Pro <br />Tern Shane Scott <br />1. Consider Staff briefing and Council Member discussion and questions regarding items <br />on the agenda for April 7, 2015 Regular City Council Meeting, to wit Items (3 -15). <br />3. Presentation from Graham Moore of the Hays Caldwell Public Utility Agency. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />4. March 17, 2015, Regular Meeting Minutes <br />March 30, 2015, Workshop Meeting Minutes <br />5. Resolution 2015 -45R, approving a loan forgiveness agreement with the Texas <br />Water <br />Development Board that forgives an amount not to exceed $401,915.00 out of <br />$811,915.00 in loan funds to the City from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund for <br />the design of the City's Reclaimed Water System Expansion; authorizing the City <br />Manager to execute said agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective <br />date. <br />6. Resolution 2015 -46R, approving an agreement between the City and Southwest <br />Land Services, Inc. for the consultant's provision of professional support, advice and <br />assistance to the Planning and Development Services Department, the Engineering <br />and Capital Improvements Department and the City Manager's Office in an amount <br />not to exceed $60,000.00 contingent upon the consultant's provision of sufficient <br />insurance in accordance with the attached agreement; authorizing the City Manager or <br />his designee to execute this agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an <br />effective date. <br />City of San Marcos Page 1 <br />
