RESOLUTION 2015 -57R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS ADOPTING THE CDBG ACTION PLAN THAT <br />PROVIDES FOR THE ALLOCATION OF CDBG FUNDS FOR <br />PROGRAM YEAR 2015; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS <br />DESIGNEE TO ACT AS THE OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE <br />CITY IN MATTERS RELATED TO THE CDBG PROGRAM AND <br />ACTION PLAN; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The allocation of CDBG funds for Program Year 2015 as set forth in <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes, is hereby approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to act as the official <br />representative of the City in matters related to the CDBG Program and Action Plan. <br />PART 3.
