Ste. 4000 <br />San Marcos, Texas 78666 College Station, Texas 77845 <br />Fax: 512- 396 -4656 Fax: 979 - 694 -8293 <br />ARTICLE 15 <br />BASIS OF COMPENSATION <br />15.1 The City will compensate the Architect, in accordance with Article 5, Payments to the <br />Architect, and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, as follows: <br />15.2 The total of all fees and expenses to be paid to the Architect for Basic Services as described <br />in Sections 1.1 through 1.5 (which includes reimbursable expenses) will not exceed $358,800.00. <br />This compensation is divided among the Basic Services and Reimbursable Expenses as follows: <br />TASK 1— PROJECT MANAGEMENT & SCHEMATIC DESIGN $ 64,360.00 <br />SURVEY, BOUNDRY & TOPOGRAPHIC $ 10,000.00 <br />GEOTECHNICAL REPORT $ 8,000.00 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESMENT — PHASE I $ 5,000.00 <br />TASK 2 — DESIGN DEVELOPMENT $ 48,270.00 <br />TASK 3 — FINAL DESIGN (CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS) $128,720.00 <br />TASK 4 - BIDDING $ 16,090.00 <br />TASK 5 — CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION $ 64,360.00 <br />REIMBURSABLES $ 14,000.00 <br />TOTAL FEE: $ 358,800.00 <br />BRW - San Marcos Fire Station No.4 <br />25 <br />
