no way obligates PARS to generate distributions without specific instruction from the <br />Agency Plan Administrator as outlined in Section 7 of this Agreement; <br />(I) Preparing and submitting a monthly report of Plan activity to the Agency, unless <br />directed by the Agency otherwise; <br />(J) Preparing and submitting an annual report of Plan activity to the Agency; <br />(K) Preparing individual annual statements and mailing in bulk to the Agency, unless <br />directed by the Agency otherwise. <br />3. Plan Compliance Services: Preparing draft amendments and other associated documents <br />to the Plan or Trust, as required by federal and state regulatory agencies, to be reviewed <br />and approved by Agency's legal counsel. As directed by the Agency, PARS shall <br />coordinate the filings of any Plan amendments and restatements with the corresponding <br />federal and state regulatory agencies. <br />4. PARS is not licensed to provide and does not offer tax, accounting, legal, investment or <br />actuarial advice. <br />Page 7 <br />
