He informed the members that they would not be able <br />to finalize the zoning cases and the land use amendment tonight. Mr. <br />Robbins stated that the TDR ordinance before the members has been <br />recommended to the City Council for approval, noting that the Council <br />has also had the opportunity to review it with no comments to date. <br /> <br />Mr. Robbins continued that the zoning application for the proposed <br />TDR-GZ has not been received from the owner, and therefore it will not <br />be acted upon. Staff's recommendation is to table the zoning cases <br />and the land use amendment. He stated that according to the draft <br />ordinance those three items would have to be acted upon concurrently <br />in order to affect the transfer. <br /> <br />Mr. Robbins stated that there appears to be no long term problem with <br />having the application filled out and Mr. Hughson and Mr. Kilber may <br />want to speak to that. He stated that the TDR ordinance must first be <br />adopted and may be done on first reading this evening. <br /> <br />Hr. Robbins explained that the Planning and Zoning Commissions had <br />planned to meet jointly in order to make a recommendation to Council <br />verbally tonight on the land use amendment. <br />
