City Council Meeting Minutes - Final July 7, 2015 <br />Pro Tem Scott, that the appointment of Catherine Cox Welsh he approved. <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br />For: 6 - Mayor Guerrero, Council Member Thomason, Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Scott, <br />Mayor Pro -Tem Prather, Council Member Prewitt and Council Member Hughson <br />Against: 0 <br />Absent: 1 - Council Member Thomaides <br />22. Receive a Staff presentation and hold discussion regarding a possible amendment to <br />Chapter 74 of the City Code to include a new Article 6 that allows for Sidewalk Cafes, <br />Parklets, and Similar Uses of Public Rights -of -way and associated fees, and provide <br />direction to Staff. <br />A motion was made by Council Member Thomason, seconded by Council <br />Member Hughson, that this discussion Item be postponed and brought back at <br />a packet meeting. Hold discussion regarding the Airport Commission, and provide direction to Staff. <br />Jamie Lee Pettijohn, City Clerk, introduced the item and Steve Parker, <br />Assistant City Manager provided some additional information. Council <br />provided direction for staff to bring back the ordinance for them to review at a <br />future meeting and get input from Texas Aviation Partners and Redbird <br />Skyport. <br />24.
