EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />I. QueTel will <br />A. Appoint a project manager to interact with the SMPD project manager <br />B. Install on its cloud: <br />1. The latest version of the core Evidence TraQ including the Attachment <br />module <br />2. The following optional enhancements to Evidence TraQ (Exhibit B -1 for full <br />list of standard features plus enhancement options including those below.) <br />a. Officer input module (OIM) <br />b. Rejection module <br />c. Report writer <br />d. Correspondence module <br />e. Electronic Release Module <br />3. The core version of Digital TraQ as a repository for digital evidence (Exhibit B- <br />2 for full list of standard features and enhancement options.) <br />4. A site license for Cam TraQ as a depository for non - evidentiary files <br />(BODYCAM) including the upload controller (Exhibit B -3 for description of <br />features.) <br />5. Provide licenses for 100 Mobile TraQ users (Exhibit B -4 for description of <br />features.) <br />6. A separate training /testing version of the cloud application <br />C. Enable one Terabyte of storage on the cloud, which can be augmented by <br />increments of 500 GB as needed <br />D. Provide two (2) days of training for trainers along with manuals and short training <br />pamphlets for trainers and officers which will be provided in electronic format. <br />E. Provide software support during the course of the contract. <br />F. Provide and help install the following equipment. <br />1. Two barcode printers (Sato model CG408). <br />2. Supply of blank barcode tag stock and ribbon. <br />13 <br />
