6.051, to acquire land located at 211 and 213 Bufkin Ln., Lockhart, Texas, described as Lots Six <br />(6) and Seven (7), Bufkin Commercial Addition and to pay an amount for this land not to exceed <br />$96,400 not including closing costs, if any, and to construct an office building, parking <br />improvements, landscaping, infrastructure, and other improvements on the land described in this <br />resolution, construction of which shall not exceed $1,265,992.00, and to borrow an amount not <br />to exceed $1,362,392.00 for construction of building, parking, landscaping, infrastructure and <br />other improvements on the land described in this resolution and for construction and permanent <br />loans, all subject to approval of three quarters of the taxing units entitled to adopt resolutions <br />pursuant to Texas Tax Code section 6.051. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Appraiser is directed to notify the presiding <br />officer of each governing body entitled to vote on the approval of this proposal by delivering a <br />copy of this resolution, together with information showing the costs of other available <br />alternatives to this proposal. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Appraiser is directed to carry out all other <br />activities in furtherance of this resolution. <br />Adopted this 23rd day of June, 2015. <br />v 14--L �' <br />Chairman <br />Secret <br />
