City Council Meeting Minutes July 21, 2015 <br />to Wachs Water Services for the contractor's provision of leak detection services for <br />the Public Services Department-Water/Wastewater Division in the estimated annual <br />amount of $32,925.00; ratifying the Purchasing Manager's execution of the <br />appropriate purchasing documents on behalf of the City and declaring an effective <br />date. <br />15. Consider approval, by motion, of Change in Service #2 to CompassCom Software Inc. <br />in the amount of $84,281.00 for Automatic Vehicle Locator software licensing and <br />maintenance. <br />4 <br />16. TOOPM Receive a Staff presentation and hold a Public Hearing to receive comments <br />for or against Ordinance 2015-24 changing the name of Chuck Nash Lane to <br />Riverwalk Drive; and Including Procedural Provisions; and consider the approval of <br />Ordinance 2015-24, on the first of two readings. <br />Shannon Mattingly, Director of Development o E d e d presentation <br />on the request. <br />There being no comments the Mayor closed the Public Hearing at 7:56 p.m. <br />A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Scott, seconded by Council <br />Member Thomason, that Ordinance 2015-24 be approved, on the first of twil; <br />readings. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />For: 7- Mayor Guerrero, Council Member Thomaides, Council Member Thomason, <br />Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Scott, Mayor Pro -Tem Prather, Council Member Prewitt <br />and Council Member Hughson <br />Against: 0 <br />17.
