Further Instruments. The Parties shall execute and deliver such further <br />instruments, documents, or papers and perform all such acts necessary or proper to carry out and <br />effectuate the terms of this Settlement Agreement as may be reasonably requested by a Party <br />hereto. <br />9. No Presumption from Drafting. All Parties cooperated in the negotiation, <br />drafting, and preparation of this Settlement Agreement and have had the opportunity to draft, <br />review, and edit the language of this Settlement Agreement, and there shall be no presumption <br />for or against any Party arising out of drafting all or any part of this Settlement Agreement <br />applied in any action relating to the Settlement Agreement. <br />14. Captions and Headings. Captions and headings contained in this Settlement <br />Agreement are inserted only as a matter of convenience and for reference and in no way define, <br />limit, extend, or describe the scope of this Settlement Agreement or the intent of any provision <br />hereof. <br />11. Multiple Originals and Signatures.
