Reasoner dated May <br />12, 1944 and recorded in Volume 130, Page 53 of the Hays County Deed <br />Records; <br />THENCE leaving Interstate Highway No,35 and the State of Texas 4.661 acre tract with the <br />Common northwest line of the Dorn 216.50 acre tract and southeast line of the Reasoner part of <br />73.98 acre tract, as fenced and used, N 44-4633" E 1866.69 feet to a 6" pipe comer post found <br />in the southwest line of that tract described as "Second Tract -339 acres" in a deed from R.M. <br />Yarrington to Kitty Page Yarrington dated April 28, 1928 and recorded in Volume 95, Page 493 <br />of the Hays County Deed Records for the north comer of the Dom 216.50 acre tract and east <br />corner of the Reasoner part of 73.98 acre tract; <br />THENCE leaving the Reasoner part of 73.98 acre tract with the northeast line of the Dom 216.50 <br />acre tract, as fenced and used, the following two courses: <br />1. S 45'17'00" E (being the bearing basis for this description) 2877.78 feet to a <br />6" pipe fence post found for 'angle point, and <br />2. S 45°59'01" E 427.15 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. <br />THERE are contained within these. metes and bounds 21.6.30 acres, more or 'less, as prepared <br />from public records and a survey made on the ground on July 14, 2006 by Byrn & Associates, <br />Inc., of San Marcos, Texas.
