Call To Order <br />With a quorum present, the workshop meeting of the San Marcos City Council <br />was called to order by Mayor Guerrero at 5:35 p.m. Wednesday, August 12, <br />2015 in the City Council Chambers, 630 E. Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />Present: 5 - Mayor Daniel Guerrero, Council Member John Thomaides, Mayor Pro -Tem Jude <br />Prather, Council Member Lisa Prewitt and Council Member Jane Hughson <br />Absent: 2 - Council Member Ryan Thomason and Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Shane Scott <br />1. Receive presentations from Staff and the Highpointe Communities, Inc.; and hold <br />discussion regarding the proposed Trace Public Improvement District (PID) and <br />Planned Development District (PDD) requested by the applicant; and provide direction <br />to Staff. <br />VI. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. <br />None. <br />VII. Adjournment. <br />A motion was made by Council Member Prewitt, seconded by Council Member <br />Hughson, that the workshop of the San Marcos City Council be adjourned at <br />8:10 p.m. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />For: 5 - Mayor Guerrero, Council Member Thomaides, Mayor Pro -Tem Prather, Council <br />Member Prewitt and Council Member Hughson <br />City of San Marcos Page 1 <br />
