City Council Meeting Minutes August 14, 2015 <br />23. Discussion regarding the Airport Commission Ordinance, and provide direction to <br />Staff. <br />24. Discussion regarding Airport operations, Rules and Regulations, Minimum <br />Standards, and Chapter 10 - Aviation within the San Marcos City Code, and provide <br />direction to Staff. <br />The Council discussed and asked questions regarding items on the agenda for <br />August 18, 2015 regular City Council Meeting. Staff informed Council that <br />the agenda would be amended to add the July 30, 2015 minutes for <br />consideration. No further direction was provided. <br />6. Executive Session in accordance with Section §551.071 - Consultation With Attorney <br />- to receive legal advice from the City Attorney regarding pending litigation, to wit: <br />City of San Marcos, Texas v. Sam Brannon, Communities For Thriving Water - <br />Fluoride Free San Marcos, Morgan Knecht and Kathleen O'Connell; Case No. <br />15-1266 in the 274th District Court of Hays County Texas. <br />A motion was made by Mayor Guerrero, seconded by Council Member <br />Prewitt, to adjourn into Executive Session at 1:26 p.m. The motion carried by <br />the following vote: <br />For: 5 - Mayor Guerrero, Council Member Thomaides, Council Member Thomason, <br />Council Member Prewitt and Council Member Hughson <br />Against: 0 <br />Absent: 2 - Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Scott and Mayor Pro -Tem Prather <br />7. Consider adoption or direction to Staff on matters discussed in Executive Session. <br />Council reconvened into open session at 2:37 p.m. Direction was provided to <br />Staff in Executive Session. <br />III.
