Thereafter hourly rates may be <br />adjusted each January 1St for the term of the Agreement based on negotiations between the <br />Engineer and the City, and no such adjustment will exceed an annual increase of 4%. Hourly <br />rates for the Engineer's subconsultants will be included at the time the City engages the Engineer <br />under a specific Work Authorization. <br />Each of the persons executing this Agreement represents that he or she has full power and <br />authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the party that person represents.
