M. Veramendi League, <br />Abstract No. 17, in Hays County, Teaas, being that same tract as conveyed in February of <br />1973 by a Warranty Deed to Jose Concepcion Rodriguez, Jamen Louis Rodrigues, <br />Josephine R. Rodriguez and Maria R. Rodriguez as recorded and described in Volume 256, <br />Page 569, of the Hays County Deed Records, and being more particularly described by <br />metes and hounds as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a Y," iron rod found in the northeast tight-of-way of Uhlaod Road and in <br />the southwest property line of the San Marcos LTD 533 acre tract, described as (Exhibit <br />"D" in Volume 3253, Page 203, of the Official Public Records of Hays County, for the <br />southwest corner of the said Rodriguez Tract and the southwest corner of the herein <br />described tract, from which for reference a fence post found for the called southeast corner <br />of the said San Marcos LTD 533 sere tract hears S 450 55' 11" W, a distance of 4-150 feet; <br />THENCE N 450 55' 11" E (bearing basis used herein), leaving the Ubland Road right-of- <br />way, a distance of 522.48 feet to a 518" iron pipe found for the northwest corner of this <br />herein described tract and for an interior oil corner of the said San Marcos LTD 5.33 acre <br />tract; <br />THENCE S 46° 30' 29" E, a distance of 83.11 feet to a cbainlink fence post found set in <br />concrete for the northeast corner of this tract and the northwest corner of the De Leon <br />Tract as described in Volume 1253, Page 190, of the Official Public Records of Hays <br />County; <br />THENCE S 450 35'35" W, and at 26836 feet passing a calculated point for the southwest <br />corner of the said De Leon Tract and the northwest corner orL et Out (1) of the De Leon <br />Subdivision, a subdivision in Hays County as recorded in Volume 4, Page 129, of the Hays <br />County Plat Records, and at 518.63 feet passing an Iron rod with an aluminum cap found <br />for the southwest corner of the said Lot 1, De Leon Subdivision, in all a total distance of <br />523.63 feet to a V," Iron rod found in the northeast right-nf-way of Ubland Road for the <br />southeast corner of this tract; <br />THENCE N 45° 39'50" W, along the said Ubland Rand right-of-way, a distance of 86.05 <br />feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 1.0151 acres. <br />This is to certify that this description of land represents an actual survey made on the <br />ground under my supervision in December of 2008.
