<br />I it ~ ~'~ 29 <br /> . 0- «IS <br />)iL -- W:e <br />. -.:;. 1)0 =. <br />~ ~ f¡3~. <br />-- CoD en "S <br />¡ ~ Ë~ <br />c:' C8'ã. <br /> ORDINANCE 1993- 64 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, SETTING A FEE FOR UTILITY CUSTOMER <br /> REQUESTS FOR CONFIDENTIALITY OF ACCOUNT <br /> INFORMATION; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND <br /> DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br /> I WHEREAS, H.B.859 enacted by the 73rd Texas Legislature <br /> ! <br /> requires the city to allow city utility customers to request that <br /> certain information in their accounts be kept confidential, and <br /> allows the city to establish a fee for complying with such <br /> requests; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that the <br /> administrative costs to the city of complying with these requests <br /> is $5.00 per customer; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> SECTION L That a fee in the amount of $5.00 is hereby set <br /> for each city utility customer request for confidentiality of <br /> account information. <br /> SECTION 2.
