<br />Electric System Analysis Agreement (page 4 of 4) <br />Pricing for <br />Electric System Analysis Services Program Agreement <br />For Distribution Systems up to 3200 poles or underground device (primary and secondary): <br />Study Price = $4,850 + 5 x (# poles/UG in system) <br />For Distribution Systems over 3200 poles or underground device (primary and secondary): <br />Study Price = $16,500 + 0.15 x (12-month system NCP`, 60-minute interval in kW) <br />Monthly Charges = {[(Study Price / 5) + Continual Update Price'}] x CPI Inflation Factor-J/ 12 <br />Total Charges will normally be billed in monthly installments as a line item on customer's power bill. Other <br />arrangements can be made at customer's request. <br />Monthly fee will be updated each July 1 and will be constant for one year. <br />The updated price will reflect changes in the pole count, system NCP, and CPI. <br />Notes: <br />'NCP is the ratcheted Non Coincidental Peak which appears on the customer's power bill. <br />This is the highest system demand (60-minute basis) during the past 12 months. <br />-Calculation of Continual Update Price: <br />PoleslUG in System Annual Fee <br />0 - 1500 poles/UG $600 <br />1501 - 2500 poles/UG $900 <br />2501 - 3200 poles/UG $1,200 <br />3201 or more poles/UG $1,500 <br />-Calculation of CPI Inflation Factor: <br />Contract price will be adjusted to reflect changes in the CPI (Consumer Price Index) from June 1996 to <br />June of 2002.
