BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAID MARC ®S, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The annual renewal of the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (the <br />"Agreement ") with SHI Government Solutions for software licenses in accordance with the State <br />of Texas Department of Information Resources Contract #DIR -SDD -2503 in the annual amount <br />of $202,581.60 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />documents related to the renewal of this Agreement on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
