The City wishes to participate in the on -line vital statistics computer services program <br />offered by the Texas Department of State Health Services, Vital Statistics Unit. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARC ®Sy <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached Contract with the Department of State Health Services, Vital <br />Statistics Unit (Contract No. 537 -16- 0027 - 00001) for the provision of on -line vital statistics <br />computer services is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager, or his designee is authorized to execute the Contract on <br />behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
