<br />BEGINNING at an iron stake in the northeast line of Jackson

<br />from H. Y. Price Enterprises to Gus Mecey, et al, as recorded in
<br />Volume 220, page 206, of the Deed Records of Bays County, Texas,
<br />for the southwest corner of the herein described tract of land;
<br />THENCE with the Northeast line of Jackson Avenue and the
<br />southwest line of the said 9.41 acre tract North 44° 42' Svest
<br />375.39 feet to a point for angle point;
<br />THENCE North 42° 47' West 75.00 feet to a point, said point
<br />being the northwest corner of the herein described tract of land;
<br />THENCE with the northwest line of the said 9.41 acre tract
<br />North 47° 10' East 708.73 feet to a point in the south right-of-
<br />way line of Loop 82, at the most northerly northwest corner of the
<br />said 9.41 acre tract, for the most northerly northeast corner of

<br />Veramendi League #2 in Hays County, Texas, and being that same
<br />tract of land as described in deed, from Economy Homes, Inc. to
<br />Theodore W. Breihan, as recorded in Volume 248, Page 859, Deed
<br />Records of Hays County, Texas, and being that same tract of land
<br />as described in deed from Theodore W. Breihan to H. Garland Stokes
<br />as recorded in Volume 249, Page 298, Deed Records of Hays County,
<br />Texas, being described by metes and bounds as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at an iron stake found in the northeast right-of-
<br />way line of Jackson Lane, and being in the northwest right-of-way
<br />line of IH #35, said iron stake being the most southerly corner of
<br />that 1.798 acres of land as described in deed from Theodore W.
<br />Breihan to H. Garland Stokes, as recorded in Volume 249, Page 298,
<br />Hays County Deed Records for the most southerly corner of the
<br />herein described tract of land;
<br />THENCE with the northeast right-of-way line of said Jackson
<br />Lane, same being the southwest line of the said H. Garland Stokes
<br />1.798 acre tract of land North 44° 20' West 227.99 feet to an iron
<br />stake found for the most westerly corner of the herein described
<br />tract of land;
<br />THENCE with the northeast line of the said H. Garland Stokes
<br />1.798 acre tract of land North 43° 16' East 335.31 feet to an iron
<br />stake found for the most northerly corner of the herein described
