EXHIBIT B <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br />SEWER RATE -- SCHEDULE SR-1 <br />(Residential Customers) <br />Applicable: <br />To single family residential customers using City sewerage services <br />for household purposes. Services will be furnished under this rate <br />schedule subject to the established rules and regulations of the <br />City covering this type of service. <br />Rate: <br />$3.50 for the first 2,000 gallons of water usage or less. <br />40.0 per thousand gallons for the next 6,000 gallons of water <br />usage. <br />No additional charge for sewer services for all water usage in <br />excess of 8,000 gallons. <br />Minimum Bill: <br />$3.50 per month. <br />Delayed Payment: <br />All bills for sewer service shall be paid on or before the tenth <br />(10th) day of the month in which the bill is rendered. A delinquent <br />service charge equal to 10% of the bill amount shall be added upon <br />failure or refusal of the customer to pay any bill on or before the <br />tenth (10th) day of the month in which the bill is rendered. <br />Reconnection Policy: <br />The failure to pay all bills for sewer service furnished to any <br />consumer within the time stipulated for such payment shall be <br />deemed notice for the discontinuance of sewer service, and water <br />shall be cut off and shall not be cut on again until all bills, <br />including delinquent service charges, are paid in full, together <br />with a reconnection fee of $10.00 per meter for regular hours <br />reconnection, or $15.00 per meter for after-hours reconnection, <br />plus any applicable deposit fee. The water service shall be <br />discontinued as to all uses thereof for those consumers who fail to <br />pay for the same as herein provided within thirty (30) days after <br />the date of billing. No service shall be discontinued prior to <br />notice to said consumer stating the consumer's right to dispute any <br />portion of the bill.
