CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br />SEWER RATE -- SCHEDULE SC-1 <br />(continued) <br />Reconnection Policy: <br />The failure to pay all bills for sewer service furnished to any <br />consumer with the time stipulated for such payment shall be deemed <br />'notice for the discontinuance of sewer service, and water shall be <br />cut off and shall not be cut on again until all bills, including <br />delinquent service charges, are paid in full, together with a <br />reconnection fee of $10.00 per meter for regular hour reconnection, <br />or $15.00 per meter for after-hours reconnection, plus any applicable <br />deposit fee. The water service shall be discontinued as to all <br />uses thereof-for those consumers who fail to pay for the same as <br />herein provided within thirty (30) days after the date of billing. <br />No service shall be discontinued prior to notice to said consumer <br />stating the consumer's right to dispute any portion of the bill. <br />L
