l? <br />Page 1 of 6 pages <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION <br />GRANT AGREEMENT <br />Part 1-Offer <br />Date of Offer', .' <br />SEI` 1981 <br />San Marcos Municipal Airport <br />Project No. 5-48-0195-01 <br />Contract No. DOT FA 81 SW-8319 <br />TO: The City of San Marcos, Texas <br />(herein referred to as the "Sponsor") <br />FROM: The United States of America (acting through the Federal Aviation Administration, <br />herein referred to as the "FAA") <br />WHEREAS, the Sponsor has submitted to the FAA a Project Application (herein called <br />an Application for Federal Assistance) dated September 11, 1981 , for a grant of Federal <br />funds for a project for development of the San Marcos Municipal <br />Airport (herein called the "Airport"), together with plans and <br />specifications for such project, which Application for Federal Assistance, as approved by <br />the FAA is hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the FAA has approved a project for development of the Airport (herein called <br />the "Project") consisting of the following-described airport development: <br />Install medium intensity runway lights on Runway 12-30; Install <br />beacon and lighted wind cone; Mark Runway 12-30; Grade portion <br />of safety area for Runway 12-30. <br />all as more particularly described in the property map and plans and specifications incor- <br />porated in the said Application for Federal Assistance. <br />48 <br />FAA FORM 5100-37 PG. 1 (3-78) SUPERSEDES FAA FORM 5100-13
