<br />1 <br />11 <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />CONTRACT FOR SALE <br />1 <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />THIS AGREEPIENT, made the 2nd <br />r <br />day of November , 19 81, <br />between the City of San Marcos, Texas, hereinafter described <br />as seller and Scheib Opportunity Center, Inc., a Texas non- <br />profit corpoation, hereinafter described as purchaser. <br />WITNESSET:i, the seller agrees to sell and the purchaser <br />agrees to buy the land hereinafter described upon the following <br />terms and conditions, to-wit: <br />I. <br />The land to be purchased under this contract is located <br />in Hays County, Texas, and is further described as follows: <br />All of lots Three Hundred Eighty-One (381), <br />Three Hundred Eighty-Two (382), Three Hun- <br />dred Eighty-Three (383) and Three Hundred <br />Eighty-Four (384) in Block Fifteen (15) of <br />the Westover Addition to the City of San <br />Marcos, Hays County, Texas, according to the <br />map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 59, <br />Page 184, Hays County Deed Records. <br />II. <br />The purchaser agrees to pay for the above-described land <br />the sum of Twenty Thousand and no/100 ($20,000.00) Dollars. <br />III. <br />Seller agrees to convey said land to purchaser by special <br />warranty deed, subject to easements, if any, for gas and oil <br />pipe lines, electric power lines, telephone and telegraph lines, <br />roadways and highways. <br />IV. <br />Said premises are sold and are conveyed subject to any <br />zoning ordinances which may affect the premises. <br /> <br /> <br />
