Womack <br />Barbara Edwards <br />Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />Mr. Brown moved the Council to adjourn to Executive Session pursuant <br />to Article 6252-17, §2(e), V.A.C.S., to discuss a settlement offer <br />in Cause Nos. 12,641 and 12,642 - Holland Hills, Inc. vs. The City <br />of San Marcos, Et Al, and Mr. James seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously (5:36 p.m.) <br />At 6:56 p.m. Mr. Brown moved that the Council convene the meeting and <br />Mrs. Mendez seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.** <br />Mayor Craddock announced that the Council had discussed the pending <br />litigation in the above lawsuits and had arrived at no decision, and <br />gave the attorneys direction for further negotiations. <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:00 <br />conded by Mr. Brown. <br />)KA N' k4,4-1? <br />Karl W.
