Womack <br />Barbara Edwards <br />Joe Garza <br />Also Present: Kelley Kilber, John Ferguson, Janice Atkinson, Richard <br />Contreras and others. <br />Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Mr. Brown moved that the Council adjourn to Executive Session pursuant <br />to Article 6252-17, V.A.C.S., Section (f) to discuss the landfill pur- <br />chase and Mr. Cavazos seconded the motion, which passed unanimously <br />(7:01 p.m.)* <br />At 7:32 p.m. Mrs. Norris moved that the Council convene from Execu- <br />tive Session and Mrs. Mendez seconded the motion, which passed una- <br />nimously.** <br />Mayor Craddock stated that the Council had discussed the landfill <br />purchase and the staff was advised to continue negotiations. <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:34 p.m. on motion of Mr. James and second- <br />ed by Mr. Brown. <br />Emmie Craddock <br />tjbj, Mayor <br />Karl W. Womack <br />City Secretary <br />*Mr. James came into the meeting at 7:02 p.m. after the vote to ad- <br />journ to Executive Session. <br />**Mr. Cavazos was not present to vote to convene the meeting but <br />came in thereafter.
