The kinds and minimum amounts of insurance required are as follows: Workers' Compensation Insurance: In accordance with the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Act of the State of Texas in the statutory amounts Commercial General Liability insurance: Bodily Injury $1,000,000 Property Damage $1,000,000 Commercial Automobile Liability: Bodily Injury (each person) Bodily Injury (each accident) Property Damage Pollution/Environmental Imp; Per Loss Annual Aggregate $1,000,000 $1,000,000 $1,000,000 iirment Liability: Endorsed to provide: $1,000,000 $2,000,000 The stated limits of insurance required by this Paragraph are MINIMUM ONLY and they do not limit the Contractor's indemnity obligation, and it will be the Contractor's responsibility to determine what limits are adequate. These minimum limits may be basic policy limits or any combination of basic limits and umbrella limits. The City's acceptance of Certificates of Insurance do not comply with the requirements of this Contract in any respect does not release the Contractor from compliance herewith.
