<br />All of that certain parcel of band lying, and being situated in Hays County, Texas. out of the T. J.
<br />Chambers Survey. and consisting of two acres of land. out ofa 48.59 acre tract of land conveyed as
<br />Tract Five by ?Manuel Lucio, et al., to Mrs. Guadalupe Lucio, a widow. by deed dated November
<br />14,1936, and recorded in Volume 11 pages 330-32.. Hays County Deed Records, and the same
<br />property conveyed by Will G. Barber to Arnulfo Lucio by deed dated April 3, 1928, and recorded
<br />in Volume 95, pages 445-46. Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, said two acre tract of land
<br />hereby conveyed being described by metes and bounds as fnilmvs:

<br />330-32, Havs Coun,,•., Deed Records, and is the same property conveyed by Will G. Barber
<br />to Arnulfo Lucio bv?deed of date April 3, 1928, and of record in Volume §5, pages 445-46
<br />of the Decd Records of Hays County. T::ias, and is a salient corner of a 100 acre tract of
<br />land conveyed by Mrs, Addle Walker, a %v idow, et al., to Chas. Laidley by deed of date
<br />January 30, 1936, and of record in Volume. 110, pages 639-41, Dead Records of Hays
<br />County, Texas. and from which point an elm tree. 8 inches in diameter, marked X, bears S.
<br />31 ° 03' E. 10.7 feet and another elm tree, 10 inches in diameter, marked X, bears S, 32 47'
<br />W24.9 feet and the beginning corner is the most :'northern corner of the property hereby
<br />conti°eyed.
<br />THENCE with an old fence for the Northeast line of the. 48.59 acre tract of land and a
<br />Southwest line of the Laidleti's property. S. 46' 20'E. 154.4 feet to an iron pipe for the most
<br />Eastern corner and from which point a triple elm tree, the East branch. 7 inches in diameter,
<br />marked X. bears S. "13' 44' fit'. 43.9 feet and a line oak tree, 10 inches in diameter, marked
<br />X, bears S. 0' 14'E. 44.0 feet,
<br />THENCE S. 4-1;, 40'W. 465.5 feet to a hale in a rock for the most Southern corner.
<br />THENCE ?n. 46` 20'%V. 201.0 feet to an iron pipe in an old fence for a Southeast lane of the
<br />heretofore mentioned Laidle\ 's property and the Northwest line of the Luc o's 48.59 acre
<br />tract of land for the most Western corner and from which point a twin elm tree, the ?north
<br />braar r:, 6 inches in diameter, marked X. bears S.50° 46'E.26.3 feet and a live oak tree, 5
<br />inches in diameter, marked X. bears N. 5" 42'E, THENCE with the old fence for a Southeast line of the Laidley's property and the Northwest
<br />line of the Lucio's tract of land the followine three (3) courses:
<br />(1). 1n. 34° 16E. 1 1.9 feet to an iron pipe at an old cedar stump used as a fence post,
<br />(2).N. 44` 50' E. 186.6 feet to an iron pipe at an angle in the fence.
<br />(3). N. 53 09` E. 171.0 feet to the place of beginning. containing two acres of land
