T::ias, and is a salient corner of a 100 acre tract of <br />land conveyed by Mrs, Addle Walker, a %v idow, et al., to Chas. Laidley by deed of date <br />January 30, 1936, and of record in Volume. 110, pages 639-41, Dead Records of Hays <br />County, Texas. and from which point an elm tree. 8 inches in diameter, marked X, bears S. <br />31 ° 03' E. 10.7 feet and another elm tree, 10 inches in diameter, marked X, bears S, 32 47' <br />W24.9 feet and the beginning corner is the most :'northern corner of the property hereby <br />conti°eyed. <br />THENCE with an old fence for the Northeast line of the. 48.59 acre tract of land and a <br />Southwest line of the Laidleti's property.
