Consider approval of the following minutes: <br /> September 11, 2015 - Packet Meeting Workshop Minutes <br /> September 15, 2015 - Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> 6. Consider approval of Ordinance 2015-41, on the second of two readings, setting the <br /> rate for Wholesale Water Treatment at the City's Surface Water Treatment Plant at <br /> $0.4175 per thousand gallons; and including procedural provisions. <br /> 7. Consider approval of Resolution 2015-134R adopting revised Investment Policies for <br /> Operating Funds and Reserve Funds; and declaring an effective date. <br /> 8. Consider approval of Resolution 2015-136R, approving a professional services <br /> agreement between the City and Surveying and Mapping, LLC for the provision of <br /> Surveying and Geospatial Services in connection with the Downtown Mobile LiDAR <br /> Survey Project in the fixed fee of $164,734.00 contingent upon the consultant's <br /> provision of sufficient insurance in accordance with the attached agreement; <br /> authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute this agreement on behalf of <br /> the City; and declaring an effective date. <br /> A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Scott, seconded by Council <br /> Member Hughson,to approve Resolution 2015-136R.
