City Council Meeting Minutes October 2,2015 <br /> would be postponing action on Item #19 and Item#20 and would be placing it <br /> on the October 20, 2015 agenda for consideration. Staff was provided direction <br /> to amend the agenda to reflect those changes. <br /> 2. Receive Staff presentation and hold discussion regarding new traffic signal <br /> requirements, Flashing Yellow Arrow (FYA) implementation, and provide direction to <br /> Staff <br /> Sabas Avila,Assistant Director of Public Services- Streets Division, provided a <br /> presentation and discussion was held regarding new traffic signal <br /> requirements,Flashing Yellow Arrow (FYA) implementation. No direction <br /> was provided. <br /> III. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. <br /> None. <br /> IV.
