<br />BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS
<br />FOLLOWS:
<br />BEGINNING, at a 1/2-inch iron rod with "Capital Surveying Company" cap found at the
<br />northwest corner of that certain 0.8521 acre tract conveyed to Hays County, Texas for right -of-
<br />way purposes, by Deed of record in Volume 2927, Page 699, of said Official Public Records,
<br />being the southwest right -of -way line of Posey Road (R.O.W. varies), being in the south line of
<br />that certain 1.335 acre tract conveyed to Wilford L. Wootan, Jr., et ux, by Deed of record in
<br />Volume 401, Page 769, of said Real Property Records, also being in an east line of said 67.53
<br />acre tract, for the most easterly northeast corner hereof,
<br />THENCE, S41 °53 "43 "E, leaving the south line of said 1.335 acre tract, over and across
<br />said 67.53 acre tract, along said southwest right -of -way line of Posey Road, a distance of 68.93
<br />feet to a calculated point, for the most easterly southeast corner hereof,
<br />THENCE, leaving said southwest right -of -way line of Posey Road, continuing over and
<br />across said 67.53 acre tract and over and across said 67.53 acre and said 248.77 acre tracts, the
