The community allows for a mix of <br />Single - Family type lots in a variety of sizes and configurations in order to achieve a high quality <br />master planned community. These single family uses would be designed within the SF 6 <br />criteria of the City of San Marcos zoning regulations and would include 50' wide lots to achieve <br />a 6,000 SF lot; 6o' wide lots to achieve a 7,200 SF lot; and 70' wide lots to achieve a 8,400 SF <br />lot. Varying lot sizes would be utilized in different neighborhoods and configurations to <br />achieve a variety of housing types at different price ranges. <br />Trace would also offer small lots in the range from 2,500 SF to 4,500 SF both as attached and <br />detached units. These lots would be designed similar to the SF 4.5, D, TH and PH -ZL criteria <br />cl <br />
