Secondary roof projections, such as porches, shall employ similar roof types and variation. <br />Variation in roof color or material shall be employed. <br />Variation in ridgeline and eave height shall be employed between various floor plans or <br />models but are not required between elevations of the same floor plan. <br />6.1.4 Porches <br />• All entrances that face a public street shall have a covered entry which is not considered a <br />porch. One and one half story covered entries shall be allowed. <br />1 -1/2 Story Covered Entry <br />If front porches are utilized, they shall be a minimum of 6 feet in any direction and have a <br />minimum of 6o square feet. <br />If a porch is utilized on a corner lot, the porch shall wrap around the corner of the house, <br />shall be a minimum of 6 feet deep from house to porch front and shall contain a minimum <br />area of 120 square feet. <br />Two story front porches shall be allowed. The second story porch shall have a useable <br />floor and a roof covering.
