Our standard storage provides access to seven calendar days of history. We <br />also offer optional extended storage of 30, 60, or go calendar days. <br />We update current day information multiple times throughout the day. We <br />report transactions that post, and we update current ledger and available <br />balances, on a real -time basis; the exact times depend on the specific <br />transaction. <br />Our previous day reporting includes all transaction types that post to your <br />accounts. We also offer optional extended storage of 30, 60, go, or 120 calendar <br />days. <br />We update previous day information reporting by 5:3o a.m. CT each banking <br />(lay. <br />If you need to view reports while you are on the go and away from your desk, <br />we offer a mobile service as an extension of our single sign -on portal. We <br />designed our mobile reports specifically for viewing on the small screens of <br />mobile devices. We extract key information from the reports, including <br />intraday and previous day summary and detail account information, and <br />present it to you for easy viewing. <br />Event messaging is an optional service that complements our online <br />information reporting service. You can receive critical information alerts by <br />email, fax, or text message about: <br />• ACH received and return activity <br />• Controlled disbursement totals <br />• Incoming and outgoing wires <br />• Intraday balances <br />• Positive pay exception activity <br />• Returned items <br />• Unauthorized incoming ACH transactions <br />Based on your direction, we can notify you immediately, once every hour, <br />once every two hours, once a day, or twice a day. <br />We offer a variety of online reports and statements to support your treasury <br />management activity.
